Zoe oversees a team of air professionals in the proposal, booking, and ticketing processes of all air travel arrangements. Working directly with our airline suppliers, she ensures and fosters preferred status for our clients at all times and troubleshoots any potential issues. Teamed with our Operations Manager she diligently supervises all aspects of the trip travel working to exceed client and participant expectations.

Zoe has been at Landmark since 2003. She started as an Air Planner working hands on with the airlines and group participants. She was promoted to her current role in 2006.

Prior to working at Landmark, Zoe lived in Toronto, Canada where she held similar positions within the wholesale, retail, and consolidation travel markets.

Zoe graduated from Centennial College of Applied Arts in Toronto, Canada with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Administration.
