As Operations Manager at Landmark, Tami manages a team of hard-working travel professionals comprised of Program Managers and Program Coordinators. She oversees and ensures that Landmark’s valued client and participant needs are met in a timely manner with maximum satisfaction. Tami and her team meticulously comb through all the trip details from an operations perspective demanding perfection and delivering a successful trip program.
Tami has been with Landmark since 1998; she started in Operations as a Program Manager, then Operations Manager, and eventually moved into the Planning Department. After several years in Planning, she has returned to the management of Operations where she is passionate about the trip details and execution. Prior to joining Landmark, she had professional industry experience working with Hyatt Hotels as a Convention Service Manager.
Tami with her husband, Oscar, enjoys quality time with their two young children, Roman and Isabella. When she has free time, she is an avid reader and enthusiastic cook.
